Steigerwalt and Riegel Families
This tree represents a very small portion of my data. The information provided here includes individuals who are ancestors of my g-grandmother, Elva Rebecca Steigerwalt, and extends to her g-g-g- grandfather, Simon Riegel (and a bit beyond; however, I have not yet confirmed those relationships). Simon served with the Pennsylvania Militia during the American Revolutionary War. His battalion guarded captured Redcoats.
The information I’ve presented here uses the citation system that I devised, Simple Citations, to document my sources. Please be aware that I have not yet all converted all of the citations in my database (which is much larger than presented here) as I first started working on my family history back in the 1970s and I lead an extremely busy life.
